Dressing for Freezing Cold Temps...

Burrrrr.. Baby it's FREEZING outside... this winter hasn't given us much relief from the snow and extremely cold temps!! I'm a girl that likes to look cute no matter the temps, so doubling up on the tights, wearing OTK boots with dresses and skirts is a MUST DO!

Today I did just that.. I have been waiting to wear this faux leather skirt I got from Choies around Christmas figured today was a good day. Paired with my thrift Ralph Lauren cardi and OTK boots from Bakers.. all bundled under my long coat.. I am good to go :)

Keeping this post short and sweet...

Wearing this cute crop jacket I've had for years purchased from The Limited. Its funny when I bought it the crop top trend wasn't in style yet, so I'm glad I've kept it in my wardrobe.  Paired with wide leg denim trouser and ankle boots (im short so you cant see them lol) and a comfy casual look for work I have :)

Winter Maxi Dress

Good Monday Morning to ya....

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and your work week is off to a great start. It's warmed up a bit here in Chicago so I decided to wear this Maxi dress i've had for many years but probably have worn maybe 3 times. It's comfy and floor length on me with flat shoes, which i'm wearing due to all the black ice out there, not trying to break my hip falling LOL.   Kept it simple with a faux leather jacket both the dress and jacket are from TJ Maxx purchased a while ago.

Plaid Denim

Happy Friday !!

The Polar Vortex has finally come to an end.. back to regular 30 something temps in the Chicago area.. thank goodness!! We experienced Antartica type temps with -35 degree windchill temps for a few days! People can finally come out of their homes LOL..

I'm keeping it casual with Plaid Denim from F21, Charlotte Russe Crop Top and Faux Leather Jacket.

Hello and Happy New Year !!!

I'm finally back to blogging, as most of you did... I took a hiatus from blogging to enjoy some quality down time while on vacation. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years Holiday. It feels good to be back and dressing up. When i'm on vacay I turn all the way down lol and rarely take outfit pics. It's been so cold that all I want to do is stay inside in comfy sweaters and sweats.
