Pink Tweed Short Suit

Hello Dolls...

I pick the wrong day to wear a short suit LOL.. I didn't look outside to see that we are having a mini blizzard until stepping out the door, and it was too late to turn back around and change.. not like I would have anyway, so I braved the weather in my short suit LOL...

Today I'm wearing a pink tweed blazer and matching shorts suit from The Limited that I purchased sometime last year and had yet to wear the entire suit together. I see some of the designers have short suits in their Spring/Summer collections and I'm looking forward to finding some linen and cotton versions to wear. I like the pink,cream and orange tweed pattern of this suit, it's soft and dainty but still structured. I paired it with a sleeveless tie neck blouse from Old Navy and my Color Blocked Platforms from Akira.

    Awww that looks so warm and comfy. I know, same thing happened around here. It was a warm winter then all of a sudden the temp dropped to 29 last night. I was just wearing a light sweater!

      Thanks Hun :) yes you have to be prepared even in so called warmer states lol, we had a few days of 40 degree weather then a blizzard haha...

    Ooooh, I love this soooo soooo much!! i wish I could wear that to the office!!! lovely!!! I Just love it. the shoes are so perfect for the outfit.

      Hey.. Thanks lady:) I sometimes push the envelope with outfits but I don't care lol, my office is very casual most wear jeans daily to work, I like to dress up so I figure as long as I'm more dressed up than them, they can't say nothing haha :)

      Girl I took one for the team today cause it was cold as a Mickey Fickey today...whew !! Lol but thank you girly, I know better for tomorrow haha

      Awww sorry you didn't get it... It got lucky they had just marked down both pieces so I quickly scooped them up, had worn the blazer but the shorts were just sitting in the closet, I will have to wear them on a nicer day lol . Thanks for stopping by :)

    I have been eyeing that short set for a while! The whole ensemble just did not fit me very flattering at all. You look amazing in this suit----look at them legs!!! And this is one of the very many reasons why I DESPISE winter...sabotaging folk's outfits. SMH
