Black ~N~White Stripes

Happy Hump Day... another day closer to the weekend !! These short work weeks always seem to drag on forever.. or maybe I just want the weekend to hurry up and come around again lol.

Today I'm wearing this Black/White stripe dress I've had for a few years now. It was folded up on the top shelf of my closet hiding haha.. found it and decided it was just what I was looking for to wear today.. something easy and comfortable.  Paired with pops of red and out the door in a flash :)

Adventures of Memorial Weekend 2012

Happy Tuesday,

Hope you all had a safe and fun Memorial Weekend! I had so much fun this past weekend with family and friends.. don't know where to begin!! Got to spend time with great friends and went to one of my Fav Caribbean restaurants in Chicago "Ja Grill" they the most authentic Jerk dishes, Coco Bread, Rum Punch... if that's your taste.. you def need to check them out if you visit or live in Chicago !!

Everyone had a blast.. Love getting together and spending time with Great Friends!!

Spent the remainder of the weekend showing John my lil city. Attended church Sunday, ate lots of delicious food at Cracker Barrel (Breakfast), Texas Roadhouse (Lunch) saw Avengers.. and took him to the Lake Front to experience Lake Michigan for the first time.   Hope he had as great of time as I did visiting his city :)

Heyyyyy... Happy Thursday :)

It's officially the Weekend Bay Bay for me.. working half day, running errands, picking up my house guest,  then dinner at one of my fav restaurants in the city later... and on top of it all it's absolutely Gorgeous Outside today!!!

Wearing this yellow high/low dress from Forever 21, cropped denim jacket, color-block wedges from Discovery and statement necklace from F21. Its the perfect easy breezy outfit for the day.

What a wonderful Wednesday it is...

It's absolutely gorgeous outside today and I'm enjoying every bit of it. It's gonna be a scorcher this Memorial Weekend.. and I'm looking forward to having friends in town visiting, lots of food, fun, sightseeing. movies and great memories to cherish.  Tomorrow is my Friday so one day closer to the weekend for me Wooo Hooo...

Today I'm wearing a Magenta Baby Doll Dress from Target via Salvation Army. They had a entire selection of these in lots of vibrant Jewel Tone colors Purple, Teal, Mustard and Magenta. I picked up two. Wore the Mustard colored dress a few months back.  Decided to wear my purple bow sandals and vibrant multi-color jewelry.
